Vintage Gold Muse (VGM) aka Rahel is a trained therapeutic musician with years of experience working and serving musically with all ages, from babies to seniors. She has been serving musically in nursing homes, senior, assisted living and memory care residences and facilities, hospitals and hospices since 2004. With many years of experience as well as staying current through participation in numerous professional development classes and workshops, VGM is the perfect choice for your community.

3. Irish favorites is always great as a duo with fiddle, guitar and assorted instruments
4. Jewish music: Includes Israeli, Eastern European, Liturgical and more in Hebrew, English and Yiddish. A fun way to learn about Judaism. 
5. Memory Lane and Grandparent's Day: Let's sing kids songs, rhymes, fingerplays and more!
6. Cowboy Songs & Country Music with or without a fiddler
7. Art Songs: songs and tunes from the Renaissance & Medieval eras on guitar, recorder and vocals
8. Fun with Folk Instruments: Sing and play along with autoharp, dulcimer, spoons, assorted percussion, banjo, flutes and more.

11. Waltzes: best to book us as a duo with a violinist

I share my journey through story and song by way of an interactive concert. I play on guitar, and if requested will include performances on the banjo, spoons, autoharp, dulcimer and assorted percussion. 

Residents are encouraged to sing along and to play on varied percussion instruments. Some songs guide residents in chair exercises as part of the fun. 

BACKGROUND MUSIC
I play  an assortment of musical styles and genres that can create a wonderful atmosphere to dine by, for tea-time, to relax to, and for memorials, celebrations and occasions. 

I play popular, familiar and favorite songs to trigger memory and recall. On reguest I will bring assorted percussion instruments to stimulate active participation. Some songs guide residents in chair exercises as part of the fun. 

As a trained therapeutic musician I make personal visits to residents at bedside if they are unable to attend group activities and concerts.
